Woodburn is a growing community in northern Marion County with a rich cultural heritage and a strong tradition of community celebrations. Located conveniently between Salem and Portland along I-5, Woodburn is an accessible location for events drawing guests from across the valley.
Woodburn events range from large community gatherings and quinceañeras to intimate weddings at local venues and private properties. Our rental collection accommodates a wide range of event styles, from traditional and formal to relaxed and festive. Cocktail table linens, rectangular banquet linens, and decorative centerpiece vessels are among our most requested items for Woodburn events.
E&C Event Rentals offers three service levels for Woodburn events:
Full-Service Setup & Teardown — Our team delivers, installs, and collects all rental items. Recommended for draping, pillars, and complex installations.
Delivery & Pickup — We deliver and collect; your team handles setup. Best for tabletop items and linens.
Client Pickup — Available for select small items from our Salem base.
