E&C Event Rentals is proud to call Salem home and serves as the primary base for our full-service wedding and event décor rental operation.
Salem venues range from the elegant Grand Hotel and the Willamette Heritage Center to intimate vineyard properties in the surrounding hills. Many of our Salem clients choose full ceiling draping installations to transform indoor banquet spaces, paired with Roman pillar ceremony setups and floor-length ivory or white linens for a cohesive, polished look.
E&C Event Rentals offers three service levels for Salem events:
Full-Service Setup & Teardown — Our team delivers, installs, and collects all rental items. Recommended for draping, pillars, and complex installations.
Delivery & Pickup — We deliver and collect; your team handles setup. Best for tabletop items and linens.
Client Pickup — Available for select small items from our Salem base.
