Stayton weddings often take place at community halls, private farms, and outdoor properties in the surrounding foothills. Our rental items travel well to rural locations, and our full-service setup team handles all logistics so venue staff and families can focus on the celebration itself.
E&C Event Rentals offers three service levels for Stayton events:
Full-Service Setup & Teardown — Our team delivers, installs, and collects all rental items. Recommended for draping, pillars, and complex installations.
Delivery & Pickup — We deliver and collect; your team handles setup. Best for tabletop items and linens.
Client Pickup — Available for select small items from our Salem base.
