Backdrop Service FAQ
What is included in your backdrop draping service?
Every backdrop service includes professional delivery to your venue, full setup and installation, styling adjustments on-site, and complete teardown and removal after your event. You don't lift a finger.
Can I pick up the backdrop myself?
No — due to the size, structure, and safety requirements of our draping installations, all backdrop services are delivery and setup only. Client pickup is not available for draping.
What fabric colors do you offer for backdrops?
We currently offer Ivory, White, Blush, Burgundy, and Dusty Blue. Additional colors may be available upon request — contact us to discuss your specific palette.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for weddings, and 2–3 weeks for smaller events. Popular dates (especially spring and fall) book quickly, so earlier is always better.
Do you serve venues outside of Salem?
Yes — we serve the entire Willamette Valley including Keizer, Silverton, Woodburn, McMinnville, Corvallis, Albany, and surrounding areas. Contact us with your venue location for a delivery quote.
How do I get a price for my backdrop installation?
